You'll hear from us

We'll let you know if you were accepted, waitlisted, or if you weren't a good fit this year. 
As much as we'd like to include everyone, space is limited. Our Vendor Market lead puts a huge amount of thoughtful consideration in the selection process. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Vendor fees due

We'll send you a link to pay for your space. This is the final step of your registration and without it, your spot is not guaranteed.

Vendor Booth Fee Schedule:
Business / Commercial / Non-Profit Booths: $150
Local Artist*: $100

*Local artists are defined as artists localted in the West Michigan area interested in selling/displaying original works of art only.

A 25% discount is available to queer-owned businesses and makers
Scholarship/Gifted booths will be available in limited quantity

Market setup

10 - Noon -- You'll be provided a map and assigned spot well in advance along with additional information for the day.

Market is open to the public

The Festival officially kicks off at noon, and so does the Vendor Market!  

Tear down and clean up

We ask that Vendors stay open for the full duration of the Vendor Market hours (barring emergency or an unlikely change in the festival schedule). Please clean up your spot and keep our waterfront ready for the next folx to enjoy after we leave!

The festival goes until 9pm, so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the entertainment and soak up the energy of the evening!
