We've got limited space for food vendors and stalls that want to support the Grand Haven Pride Festival's purpose and values!
You'll be located down by the waterfront for the full day (festival hours are 12 - 9). Space is limited to 4 vendors to ensure you you have plenty of customers.

We'll let you know if you were accepted, waitlisted, or if you weren't a good fit this year.
As much as we'd like to include everyone, space is limited. Our Food Vendor lead puts a lot of thoughtful consideration into the selection process. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.Food Vendor fees due
We'll send you a link to pay for your space. This is the final step of your registration and without it, your spot is not guaranteed.
Food Vendor Fee Schedule:
$300
Schedule - Day of the Festival
Pride Food Court setup
10 - Noon -- You'll be provided a map and assigned spot well in advance along with additional information for the day.
Pride Food Court is open!
The Festival officially kicks off at noon, and so does the food court!
Tear down and clean up
We ask that Food Vendors stay open for the full duration of the Pride Food Court hours (barring emergency or an unlikely change in the festival schedule). Please clean up your spot and keep our waterfront ready for the next folx to enjoy after we leave!
Festival ends
The festival goes until 9pm, so if you can, please join the entertainment after you're all cleaned up and soak up the energy of the evening! The musicial fountain will be on around 10pm (sunset) to close out the night.
