📅 WHEN: Monday, June 22nd from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 WHERE: Loutit District Library, Program Room A (Lower Level)
THE RULES:
🔹 Keep it PG: Safe for work topics and visuals only, please!
🔹 5–7 Minutes Max: Keep it short so everyone gets a turn on stage.
🔹 Bring the Noise: The venue has audio capabilities, so music and video clips are totally welcome!
HOW TO SUBMIT:
🎬 Want animations, video, or sound? Use Google Slides and share the powerpoint to our email so your effects actually work on the equipment.
📄 Keeping it simple? If your slides are just text and photos, sending a PDF works great

⏰ Deadline: End of Day (11:59pm) on Wednesday, June 17th
The sooner you submit, the better! We’ll let you know if you’re approved for the final lineup. Start drafting those slides—we can’t wait to see what you come up with! 🌈
